Return, Refund, Delivery Issue & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Goods once dispatched against confirmed orders can not be returned. However, products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer is incorrect. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. 

Refund Policy

Refund can only be made if the order is cancelled for acceptable causes and in any unforeseen circumstances within 48 hours of placing the order. Refund would be made through the same route of banking channel for any remittance received. Bank charges will be deducted from the amount received against the order. Amount will be refunded in 14 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.  Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once shipped or delivered.

Wrong Delivery/Shipment not received and Proof of Delivery(POD) Request

Any issue for package not received or wrong delivery or POD has to be raised via email to, within 24hrs of 'delivery' as per the SOP with shipment provider , as it is difficult to investigate the case after 24hrs.  No refund requests will be entertained post 24hrs of delivery.
